“So glad to have found a groomer I trust again! Nicole was so calm and assured with both of my nervous dogs that they were able to finally get decent nail trims without screaming and being forcibly restrained. My older yorkiepoo had become so fearful of grooming (after a few years of less proficient groomers and some truly traumatizing experiences) that it been far too long since her last cleanup, and she was showing signs of discomfort. Nicole was able to get us in quickly, communicate with me clearly and honestly, and most importantly, help my dogs work toward a less confrontational attitude towards their grooming. She truly values the mental health of her clients over all else, and that is priceless. Hope Nicole stays in Saline for many years!“
