We had our first appointment with Nicole this morning. Finn is a 6 year old Australian Labradoodle and has always had anxiety about going to the groomers. He shakes the whole way in the car. During his last appointment at a different groomer he bit the groomer. We could not believe it! Very out of character for him, I reached out to Cali’s grooming and Nicole called me back and asked a lot of questions to really understand Finn and his past grooming experiences. Nicole has been grooming my dog, Dolly, for more than 3 years, and I would never want to use a different groomer. She is incredibly caring, professional, and always does an amazing job. Dolly is always happy and comfortable with her, which means so much to me. Every visit leaves Dolly looking beautiful and well cared for.
What I appreciate most is that Nicole has also taught me how to properly take care of Dolly on a regular basis.
