Always like shopping at the Ypsi PSP. Clean, organized, well stocked. They have great cat toys and a fabulous rotation of holiday/seasonal fun stuff. Oh-- and the most critical of all supplies: kitty litter. They always offer to take it to the car for me.

I needed to fit my very small dog with a harness. I thought I would just grab one and go. It turned out to be more difficult that I thought. One young lady there took the time to help fit my dog. We went through numerous harnesses until we found the perfect one. I would have been lost without her! I imagine I could have gotten one cheaper somewhere else, but I will for sure return for that excellent customer service.

We have lived in the area since 2019 and have gone to many different locations which have all been a let down and I’m here to tell you all this is the happiest my dog and I have been with a grooming! Raychel did an amazing job and managed to make my Ringo more handsome than ever! Highly recommend and will be making this his regular grooming location! Thanks Raychel and team!
