“We came here on a referal throigh a coworker who is related to the Joslin family. We could not be happier with the services we recieved today for our 8 month old Shihpoo named Canolli. Communication throughout the process was exceptional. I was extremely nervous being a new Dog Mom still and having had a prior poor experience ar another groomer in Toledo. This was 100% everything I had hoped it would be. The staff was so personanable, kind and understanding. I felt the price point was on pare with the area market and reasonable. Thank you Pampered Paws staff.! We are OBSESSED with his make over! I can't stop staring at how beautiful he looks. Best part he is still floofy and I can see his beautiful eyes now!

“We had an emergency with our 2-year-old cat, Neela, on Saturday. Our regular vet was closed, and the emergency clinic wasn’t open yet. After calling several local offices, this one was the only place willing to see us — and I’m so glad they did!

They got us in right away, and the visit was much more affordable than an emergency clinic. Dr. Emily was incredibly kind and took the time to explain everything she found. She even addressed another health issue that our regular vet had never offered treatment options for. The vet tech was just as wonderful — attentive, knowledgeable, and so caring toward both Neela and us.

Because of this experience, we’re switching all of our pets’ care to this office permanently. I can’t recommend them enough!”

“Hands down an amazing place to take you're fur babies. They are very caring and extremely informative. I would recommend them to anyone who is trying to get their animal the best care possible. They're gonna tell you the truth even if it's something difficult to hear but they are beyond honest and if you choose not to take their advice that's on you as Dr.Leopold has nothing but the best intentions for animals and so does the staff. We just had to put our boy Buck down and they were fantastic from the start of his cancer treatment to the day we had to say goodbye. We learned alot from Dr.Leopold about the kind of cancer and how to keep him at comfort measures until that day came. They are not a money grabbing place as I've dealt with afew other clinics who were nothing but money grabs and didn't have the animals best interests at the top of their list. Thank you to alexis rd animal hospital for everything and we will always recommend you guy's to anyone as you all truly cared about Buck and have cared for his kitty sister Kingsley who will be coming soon for her check up. Thank you all for the love you all showed Buck and the comfort you gave us before he passed and the day he passed. We are forever grateful to you all and will never forget the warmth and kindness you guy's shared with us. Our cat Kingsley we rescued on the brink of death when she was a kitten.she is a bit skidish but when she goes in for her check ups she senses the calm and love this clinic has for animals and again we are beyond thankful for that kind of atmosphere. No they didn't ask for this review but they sure as heck deserved this review as they literally care and have shown the care for over many many year's that we have brought our pet's too. Dr.Leopold is a blessing to have as the vet that's there now as she truly show's her care and gives you're animal her time to evaluate and not just rush the pet out she truly gives her time to make sure she's getting right answers or to find what care path will be best for you're pet.The staff is very caring and understanding and truly we can't thank them all enough for everything. To the two ladies who were in the room with us,Buck and with doc we truly appreciate you both and the compassion yall showed to him and us and we think of you guy's through this difficult time and to the woman at the desk who took my call the day Buck had to be put down I can't thank you enough because I know getting those kind of calls pulls at the heart strings.
