“These guys are amazing. The doctor is straight up no BS but very kind and knowledgeable. She actually takes time with patients and explains things. She does a thorough job compared to the big box stores and doesn’t push anything not needed. The front desk staff are so fun. The dogs are also fun!“

“My glasses scratched and blotched up within a year...I didn't get insurance on them because I clean them properly and take care of them but apparently anti scratch isn't a standard thing and my $600 transition lenses are KAPUT after only 6 months so I recommend getting the insurance or cleaning them not with the solution and a micro towel but with running water and dish soap instead.

They did contact me and help me come to a resolution and I will be able to see again with the new lenses in a few weeks.

Jessica walked me through my insurance and coverage and had me look at frames while I waited and after my appointment she communicated between the Doctor and I to make sure I was comfortable and got what I needed.“
