The Opticians are outstanding!! Each and every single one of them is professional and efficient in their jobs! Dr pelton was wonderful and the staff out front went so far beyond expectations to ensure that I was able to get the glasses I needed. Then again, they helped me to pick them up near me at the last minute. The paw and Michigan ave Kalamazoo teams are so far ahead of any other optical group I've ever worked with.
The tech that met me was very friendly and got things ready for Dr. Bell. Dr. Bell seemed to take care to make sure I got the best result . She explained why my vision has worsened since my last exam. She also reassured me thatmy macula and optic nerve are in great shape.
The tech who measures the lenses for my new glasses also took great care to assure the lenses will be correct.
