“I’m giving a five star because the doctor was great. However, the staff person that took me out to the desk was not very pleasant. I was referred to the retina specialist which due to timing needed to be scheduled that day or the next. When I told the front desk I really didn’t want to drive another hour to Chelsey that would give me a two hour drive home did they have something the next day at Jackson. They did schedule me for the next day which I very much appreciated. Ladies at front desk were wonderful. However that staff that brought me out and heard part of our conversation and said well better to drive another hour than lose your vision! Totally inappropriate! I should have said something right then but she said it as she was walking away.”
