The staff were really helpful when I came in and asked them if they could help me adjust a pair of sunglasses. Even though I purchased the sunglasses outside of their business, they were really nice and helped improve the fit by making some adjustments to the glasses. I appreciate that kind of customer service! Will check them out next time I'm in the market for a pair of sunglasses.

I got a diabetic eye exam there, and the Optometrist was so knowledgeable and kind. Also, they don't do the puff of air, and if you get dilated, they have numbing drops so it doesn't sting. My visit was the first pleasant experience I've had with an eye exam. Definitely going to stay with them!

I'm very satisfied with my glasses. My eye exam was thorough and they had a wide selection of frames which I didn't find overly expensive with my insurance. However, like another reviewer, they were much less interested in helping me when I went back to pick up my order. I immediately needed my frames tightened which they did once and then sent me on my way, not even asking if I needed more fitting done. It was a radically different experience after they'd already gotten my money.
