Went here after Lenscrafters gave too strong prescription. Never had migraines before that and didn't get exam for almost 3yrsafterwards because of it.
Rx Optical staff heard my issues and made me feel like I was taken care of & helped get prescription situated right.
I dropped in to ask if Cassandra could replace a nose pad a tighten up my glasses. Glasses I had not purchased at Rx Optical. I'm new to the area and needed a quick fix. Cassandra was very pleasant and professional and had me back in business in minutes. I did shop around a bit as I have an eye exam coming up and know I'll need a new prescription. I saw several pair of frames that would fit my big head. I appreciate the kind, prompt and professional service and will definitely choose Rx Optical for my next purchase.
