Hank was awesome and very thorough thought our whole process. Hank kept on top of everything and the communication was great. He did exactly what we needed and made sure everything was completed. The staff that was at the church to set up and at the cementary was great and very considerate and kind, considering all we were going through. Emily also was awesome, she helped with the obituary and other items, which her response time was fast and efficient.

I WORKED WITH MANDY WHO WENT OVER ALL THE DETAILS OF BOTH MY HUSBAND’S & MY FINAL ARRANGEMENTS WHICH RELIEVED THE STRESS OF MYSELF TRYING TO DO THIS ALONE. MY HUSBAND PASSED IN FEBRUARY, 2023 & THE FUNERAL DIRECTOR HANDLED THE ARRANGEMENTS WITH CARE & COMPASSION. THE GORSLIN RUNCIMAN OFFICE IS HELPING ME TO RESOLVE A MATTER WITH MY HUSBAND’S POLICY. I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS FUNERAL HOME TO ANYONE.

Megan Depuydt went above and beyond when setting everything up. She had our daughter's vault painted purple, which is her favorite color. The staff made sure we had everything we needed. My husband was concerned with a spot on our daughter's face and the gentleman working got someone over there to fix it right away. Liz made sure all of our requests were honored and everyone was very professional.
