On each occasion, I spoke with Jen Reaser, a Family Service Counselor at Chapel Hill. From the very beginning, I was impressed with her knowledge and efficiency. She was easy to talk to, and she listened to what I said. The longer we spoke, the more I saw of her compassion and empathy. She answered my questions, provided valuable information, and treated me with respect. She is a true professional. Highly recommend.
