The maintenance was cleaning fallen trees from a storm a few nights before and the staff took the time to explain everything needed. The plots look great and the cemetery driveways and roads a lot of potholes and they get a chance to work on. The professionalism and compassion was very good and the family was forever grateful. DeepDale Memorial Gardens is highly recommended.
In poor condition. No water available for flowers. No barrels for trash. Grass/weeds over headstones. After talking with Amy , she explained the problem with water not being available due frozen pipes bursting (over75 years old. Barrels being used for personal trash. Within 3 days grounds workers addressed the grass conditions and raised my 3 family headstones, 1 that was over 70 years old. Just call for assistance.
Paul was very compassionate during a difficult time for our family. He answered all my questions, and was very kind even when I kept asking the same questions over and over. He was very professional and knowledgeable of the grounds and and services. Thanks Paul I really appreciate everything!
I have multiple family members resting peacefully in the Deepdale Memorial Gardens, and my grandma is in the old mausoleum. I have been wanting to visit her for a while but hadn’t been able to stop for a key. The quickness that Paul and Andrew were able to get a key made ready for me to pick up was so refreshing. Great communication about the process and letting me know when it was ready to be picked up.
