My Mom made her arrangements (pre-planned) through Tiffany 19 years ago, before Gorsline took over. I was a bit nervous how things would be handled, now. We can not even begin to thank everyone at Gorsline Runciman Funeral Home. Our family met with one of the kindest & sweetest funeral directors, Hank, to make arrangements. Hank guided us through every step with the utmost patience & professionalism. Flowers, caskets, pictures & music can all seem overwhelming during this process. Hank made sure every single detail for the viewing & funeral was perfect. Jim & Jerry, the assistants, were also amazing. They went above & beyond by bringing blankets to the graveside for the ladies legs. Hank and his team displayed so much dignity & respect for our Dad and family. We can’t thank them enough!
My father passed away on March 17th in Atlanta Georgia. Elizabeth Bagley and Gorsline Runciman funeral home helped us get my father transferred from Georgia to Michigan so that he could he could be buried with my mother at Michigan Memorial Cemetery. With the help of her fellow director Hank, they handled everything, including suggestions for the dinner after the service. With all of the planning and details required, the total services could not have been any better.
