After my mom died she only wanted to be cremated and in an urn at my home with me by my Dad's urn. Nothing else. I brought her urn in a cardboard box expected her cremains to be put in it and leave. However, Wayne set up her urn in a small chapel that was beautiful! It helped give me closer and my mom respect and dignity. He also gave me a very nice container to transport her urn home in. He went above and beyond for me.
From the minute I first walked threw their door he made this difficult process go as easy and smooth as possible. With genuine caring and compassion.
