Dr Bauer is exceptional! She took the time to explain the changes in my prescription and how it could impact my vision long term. She was diligent, quick and listened to my concerns that other doctors had dismissed. I have never left an optometrist office feeling more secure and knowledgeable about the care I received. I can't speak more highly of the experience I had here. If you are looking for contact lenses/glasses you won't be disappointed going here. Dr Bauer is the best!!!

Randy and his crew installed a front entry door for us and did an amazing job!During the scheduling process Randy responded the same day when I had questions as to times and days that worked us. Absolutely wonderful experience, We had a main line sewer clogged in our house, from the time we called to the time they arrived was about 45 minutes, the technician was very professional and had the drain opened in about 20 minutes, he even showed me on the camera that there were roots growing into the pipe, he quickly cleared the blockage and ran water to make sure everything was flowing smoothly. Couldn't have asked for a better experience, I won't be using anyone else from now on!! Thank you Thank you

I have been adjusted by Dr Wilcox for over 20 years. He is always professional and listens. Dr Justine has adjusted me several times and she always is very caring. I also use the therapeutic massage and she was very kind and caring. I love going here because I choose not to be cracked. I like the adjustment tools for a gentler approach.

Thankful for how kind everyone is. We have a dog who is very timid in public and they make sure to get him in as soon as they open and do his appointments in the lobby for low anxiety. Always send out text reminders. Always have emailed receipts and call for reminders. Amazing care !! Always clean and a place to trust with your furry friends !
Kentwood cat clinic was the best experience my cat has ever had at a vet. I moved to Michigan recently and have been looking for a good vet for my beloved cat and Dr. Pair was that, she was very kind and knowledgeable. Sarah was the technician and she was great as well. I normally worry about if my cat will be scared and try to protect himself at the vet and I could tell in the exam room he felt so comfortable! He was more like the cat I see at home than a scared boy wanting to leave and go home right away. I think it's a combination of the wonderful staff as well as it's a cat only clinic. Highly recommend them if you have a cat.

Doja had a poor response to her previous vaccines. This was documented in our post-visit call. I loved this was reviewed before her appointment, and as a result, was pre-treated for nausea. She did fantastic this round!

Tracy's massage work is a great combo of strength and experience at a great price. I could sense that she has a pattern that she usually follows for a 90-minute massage, but she also improvised the whole time depending on what she found in my muscles, with pinpoint accuracy on the knots! I left feeling much more relaxed, and I still felt lighter the day after. Recommend.
Lily is a miracle worker. A friend of mine was struggling with severe shoulder pain. She had been told by a doctor that the only way she would be able to lift her arm above table height again would be to have surgery. We went to Supreme Massage as a treat to ourselves, not realizing it might help my friend's shoulder. We were shocked by how much relief and movement in her shoulder she got from the massage. Amazing! Despite living 50 miles away my friend is traveling once a week to Supreme Massage to continue her healing journey.
Chris does a wonderful job of making her clients feel relaxed and welcome. She is a very skilled massage therapist and does a great job working out my muscle tension from stress and repetitive motions. Schedule a session with her!
