Their communication, both from the office and on the job was very good and the men who actually did the work were incredibly nice, clean, quiet (except for the actual work noise) and thoughtful, qualities I often don’t see in crews of this sort. They always asked me if there was something they were unsure about. I so appreciated this because rather than just doing what they think is what I would want, they actually took the time to stop what they were doing, come and get me, showed me what they were working on and asked me what I wanted. At the end there were a couple of things I felt needed to be redone or addressed, there was no judgment or push back from them, they just quietly took care of it.
