Pella Windows and Doors Showroom of Portage, MI - By Appointment Only
“Brian and Tim were very personable, kind, curtious and informative. In addition to being very thorough about their product, the company and installation process, they listened to our questions and concerns. They were genuinely interested in assisting us with what we needed to accomplish for our windows and doors needs and wants. They were extremely helpful throughout the payment process and contract agreement. They never were covertly pushy and were willing to give us a few days before calling us back. in the end we signed the same day and are looking forward to seeing the results soon. We thank them both for making it an enjoyable process.”
