Their communication, both from the office and on the job was very good and the men who actually did the work were incredibly nice, clean, quiet (except for the actual work noise) and thoughtful, qualities I often don’t see in crews of this sort. They always asked me if there was something they were unsure about. I so appreciated this because rather than just doing what they think is what I would want, they actually took the time to stop what they were doing, come and get me, showed me what they were working on and asked me what I wanted. At the end there were a couple of things I felt needed to be redone or addressed, there was no judgment or push back from them, they just quietly took care of it. I’ve had neighbors and people walking by and stop to comment on what a beautiful job you all had done and said that they would definitely use Blackberry for their siding when needed after seeing our house and what a great job you had done. “I have had 3 projects done by this company and they have been excellent with every one. They were also out within 2 hours of my call for storm damage to tarp our roof to prevent further interior damage. I hired them for the storm repair of course. I had my first project more than 10 years ago and they stand behind their work. I had a small leak about 5 years after the first project and they fixed it within a few days, no charge. My most recent project was done within a few weeks, and everything looks great. When an unexpected cost came up, the foreman communicated well and made sure we were in the loop. In spite of the unexpected cost, they were still several thousand dollars below our other estimate. They also have a generous military discount for the Veterans out there. They are a great company and they have my highest recommendation.“
