“I went in to replace a piece of my CPAP equipment. Without this piece, the machine is completely inoperable. When I arrived, Mary Lynn informed me that they needed a new prescription from the physician. Instead of turning me away and causing me to go multiple days without the machine working, she searched for the piece I needed and provided it to me without the prescription. She also said she would contact the physician for me. I highly recommend CareLink of Jackson. They have been helpful every time I have visited. But this time Mary Lynn took it to the next level which prompted me to write this review. I sincerely appreciate the help, Mary Lynn. I was so very upset at the prospect of having to sleep without my CPAP equipment. You saved the day (technically my night)!“

“The staff at IEP were phemonial to me and my boys this morning from front desk to nurse practioners, I took my little to be seen, he had an ear infection, they were all so gentle and kind, I had a mishap of shutting my fingers in my vechicle door no sooner than getting my kiddos loaded and had to get seen myself and get stitches for my finger, they helped me with the boys while I was getting xrays and stitches keeping them occupied. I will always go back to them for any minor medical purposes. Extra thank you to Lexie for keeping them entertained, I truly appreciate each and every one of you.“
