I went in to replace a piece of my CPAP equipment. Without this piece, the machine is completely inoperable. When I arrived, Mary Lynn informed me that they needed a new prescription from the physician. Instead of turning me away and causing me to go multiple days without the machine working, she searched for the piece I needed and provided it to me without the prescription. She also said she would contact the physician for me. I highly recommend CareLink of Jackson. They have been helpful every time I have visited.
