“My wife was concerned about our water because of intermittent dry hair and dry skin which could be an indicator of hard water. The salesman Mark Keller came out and did a water test on my 33 year old Kinetico system and said that the system was working fine and that the system did not need to be replaced. He gave me a few reasons why we could be getting intermittent hard water and priced out a new unit if I wanted to update the unit because of its age. The price was a competitive price for a quality unit. I will definitely choose this company when the time comes. Honest no pressure salesman and a product that lasts 33 years makes it an easy decision.
