“Lorry did an amazing job grooming my cat- a long haired Persian. She gave her a bath and trimmed her toe beans and rump, shaved some parts of her stubborn matted belly area and clipped her nails. She offered to shave her (summer time) but I wanted to keep her coat long, however, I would have trusted her to do it and do a good job. Winnie feels so soft and smells fresh. I will be back and would recommend Lorry if you have a pet that needs a refresh!“

“We took our miniature schnauzer to Royal Pup Parlor and had a great experience. They were very gentle and clearly took their time with him. The cut turned out great, but what I appreciated most was how comfortable he seemed when we picked him up.

This office has been our go to starting from when my husband had his childhood lab to us now bringing our lab. Dr. Nowakowski treats our Sammy as if he’s her own and that is something that is very near and dear to us. “We just started taking our Ziggy for daycare at this facility. He’s only gone 2 days but by their social media posts and how exhausted he is when he gets home, I can clearly see he has a great time and is well taken care of. The facility is clean and well kept. Their outdoor play area is big, perfect for dogs to run around. The daily special events add an extra fun touch. Prices are reasonable for what they offer and they offer ALOT. They post a ton of pictures on their social media to ease your mind. Highly, highly recommended.“

“Recently, my mother was hospitalized and needed time to recover in a skilled nursing facility. She boarded her dog, Niko, at a place in Troy close to her home. Niko has a history of seizures, and he had a small episode while he was there. The facility called to say they were not comfortable keeping him and that she needed to find alternate arrangements.

My mother was already overwhelmed with her own health issues, and the added stress of finding a safe place for Niko was heartbreaking. I immediately called PSR, and they were just as incredible as I remembered. I spoke with Lace—who also worked at the Inkster location and even remembered my long‑lost baby Bella. She went out of her way to pick up Niko herself and made sure he had a safe, secure, loving place to stay.

My gratitude for PSR runs deeper than words. They have always been the place I call “home” for my babies, and they proved once again why. “Thank you” will never feel like enough.“

“No frills, affordable but caring pet grooming. Been a customer for decades. Owner saved our dogs life decades ago by suggesting switching dog food when our vet could not determine why he was loosing weight and fur. New puppy only needs nail filing and occasional bathing but will be her customer because of past kindness.“

“Crystal was amazing! My 9 month old Pomsky can be quite a difficult dog to work with. She is super friendly and loves people but come at her with a brush and you are now her sworn enemy. (Like many husky mixes, she also likes to sing the song of her people and is very dramatic.) Crystal took my dog's attitude and was able to work with her to get her whole groom done. My girl has never looked (or smelled) this good! I'm so thankful for her professionalism and kindness with my sassy little girl!“

“We recently had to put down our beloved cat of 17 years due to Cancer. Prior to making that decision the doctors and all the staff at this clinic were amazingly attentive. The desk staff were personable and helpful at every stage and our doctor was absolutely great. It was a very difficult decision and a very sad day. We later received a sympathy card from the staff with personal messages written expressing their sympathy and condolences. I cannot thank them all enough for the help and support we received.
