“Easy to access the building, and they're right by the front entrance. Excellent staff, and wait times are have never been longer than 5-10 minutes for me (and that's on a busy day). Further, their phlebotomists are fantastic and get my pokes the first time after the many years of needing consistent draws, they've never had to dig or restick me. “Clean facility, front office and staff were friendly and professional. I had to wait 30 minutes in the lobby for a 2pm appt, but, this is not abnormal for an urgent care from my experience. My daughter had an ear infection and the staff were very gentle with her (3 yo).“
