I had an EGD and colonoscopy done here. I am a kickboxer and I have had lighter spar sessions than how I was treated here. The nurses in the operating room were extremely rough. After the procedure I woke up with a fat lip and a bloody throat. There was no post operation debrief. Very unsatisfied with the "University of Michigan experience."
Great customer service, quick, and timely. And the only time in my whole life, I didn’t even feel the needle for the blood work! Super friendly I will continue to use them as a lab!
I was not impressed with the care I received. I have total hearing loss in 1 ear and the other has been declining. They had zero knowledge of a hearing restoration surgery done years ago in another country that I brought up. All they did was a run of the mill hearing test you can get for free at hearing centers, told me my 1 ear was perfectly fine (It's not) and billed me over $500. Insurance got approx half. I waited 3 months for an appointment that cost me almost 2 days pay that was just a complete waste of my time.Services in the past have had the billing process be a complete disaster. Screwing up mailing invoices and then I get a letter 4 years later from a collection agency that is so crooked that the BBB dropped accreditation. It's telling for a company that uses companies like this.
