Mindy explained all the confusing insurance stuff to me and helped me understand all the forms I had to fill out. Never once became frustrated with me showed such professionalism and kindness. Sue made my check out process so easy and when I left I understood everything I had to do Dr Balogh and Amanda made me so comfortable and actually spent time explaining things to me. “Dr.ali ashitari has been my doctor since I was a teenager, like 16 years now. He is the best dr I have ever had, if something is concerning me I have asked him about it and he's been the only doctor out of all mine to get to the bottom of it. He's the only one I trust. I even recently have my mom coming to him now that shes got kidney problems too. He's very knowledgeable and ive asked questions and ive learned how to take care of myself from things he's told me. He's helped keep me alive all these years. I definitely recommend him to anyone needing excellent care. I didn't like my mom's old nephrologist they basically asked her why she was there and had no idea how to read her labs, she should have came to mine from the start. He's worth the long drive I take to get there. He always knows how to answer questions if you have any which is rare for a doctor these days.“

He is personable with a great bedside manner and really listens and cares about what you need. Dr. Byron even did my bunionectomy and I had a speedy recovery, not to mention my scar is barely noticeable because he did such a thorough job! “I’ve been going to wixom health center since a child, recently they’ve switched to park medical center which has been a nightmare. I’m currently 4 days without medication because i can’t get a hold of anyone. You can’t call the office directly, and when you call the number no one answers the phone. I had my prescriptions called in 4 days ago and when i went to pick them up they never sent them to the pharmacy. Very unprofessional, could cause serious problems not having my medication.“

“I had an excellent experience at the Henry Ford Providence Hospital emergency department last week. I came in with severe upper abdominal pain and, from the moment I checked in, the care was exceptional.

To be honest, I wasn’t expecting this level of service based on past ER experiences elsewhere—but every single person I encountered exceeded expectations. From the nursing staff to the mid-level providers, physicians, and ultrasound techs, everyone was kind, attentive, and incredibly efficient.

Two individuals in particular stood out:

Casey (ER Nurse) – While I was waiting for a room and in significant pain, she stepped in immediately. She administered medication quickly and helped keep me comfortable and distracted during a really difficult moment.

Tim (ER PA) – Truly outstanding. He was thorough, confident, and took the time to explain everything clearly. Beyond his clinical expertise, his bedside manner made a huge difference. He went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and even worked to get me admitted and into a room as quickly as possible.

Overall, this was one of the best healthcare experiences I’ve had. The level of coordination, compassion, and efficiency across the entire team was impressive, and I’m incredibly grateful for the care I received.“
