After waking up at 4:30 in the morning to a broken pipe and a flooded kitchen, I cannot say enough about the response and the quality of service I received from SERV PRO Grosse Pointe! Mentor was here at my home at 5 AM with vacuums, mops, and huge fans to get the drying out process started. Sadly, the water damage was so much that it resulted in a complete gut job and remodel of my kitchen. Patrick and his team came in and meticulously packed up
everything in my cabinets, including all of my crystal. They had amazing organizational skills, marking each shelf and each box so that it could be put back into place properly. Then Mentor expertly organized and handled all the other trades to come in to remove the appliances, the cabinets, the countertops and get everything into storage. They did this so efficiently that I was beyond impressed! They could not have been any nicer or more professional and truly put my mind at ease during such a devastating situation. We are still working on the renovation which should be done soon, and I will be having SERV PRO grosse Pointe come back to move me back in. If I could give them 10 stars, I absolutely would!

Had all the carpet in my home steam cleaned. They did a great job! I Also had my home fogged with disinfectant to kill viruses and bacteria and during these times it was well needed. Awesome job!

Blake properties cares about their tenants and is fast to respond to any maintenance requests and problems. All of the st. Clair shores locations are nice and kept up and they are good about selecting tenants. All of my neighbors were friendly and stayed long term. 5/5 would recommend

Melissa did an outstanding job selling my home. She brought years of experience, staging and painting support, and held open houses every 2 weeks. She paid tons of attention to the details of the market in my area and backed me up with significant and creative rationale through each round of negotiation. She is a natural salesperson and helped us reach a deal that came much closer to my most optimistic projections than I had thought possible. There were 2 other houses on my street for sale at the same time that were in direct competition with my listing, and a 3rd that was for sale but not quite at the same price level. My house sold in 6 weeks. Two weeks later, the most comparable other house was lowering their asking price, offering a land contract, and updating their language to read "seller says make me an offer!". I am currently undergoing ortho care with Dr.Elias and have been very happy with my results so far. I am doing Invisalign and have enjoyed seeing my progress each week as I change trays. I definitely recommend asking a lot of questions about the total orthodontic plan (length of time, tray change intervals, # of attachments/locations) so nothing comes as a surprise. Dr.Elias has been very patient with me at each of my appts as I ask a lot of questions along the way. She is very knowledgeable and is clearly comfortable working with Invisalign and some of the challenges it presents. Looking forward to the end result!

Village Locksmith are local experts, they are just the best. They do a phenomenal job repairing older doors common in many Grosse Pointe homes. They never upsell, never cut corners. They always suggest the most appropriate long term fix and their work is always pristine.

Was able to walk in and get an appt within ten minutes of arrival. Front desk was courteous and extremely helpful. Diana, the nurse, was thorough and took her time completing the Intake and taking vitals. Very friendly and reassuring. Dr Ronya March examined the pain and swelling site and quickly diagnosed the issue. Clear verbal and written instructions were given. Felt very reassured by Dx and Treatment Plan. Facility is extremely clean, plenty of parking and close proximity to my home. Definitely recommend this Beaumont Urgent Care location in Grosse Pointe Farms, MI.
