“I booked an appointment with Shelby Tipton about a week ago to get one of her flash designs. Everything went better than I could have anticipated. The studio was a calm but lively space upon entry, and to be buzzed/let in when I arrived helped me to feel even more as though every detail mattered.

Shelby was entirely accommodating with a space to set my belongings within my reach during the appointment, and frequently checked in to gage my comfort level throughout. Once the tattoo was done, Shelby walked me through aftercare & suggested specific products, as well as alternatives to them. One thing I'll do next time that I wasn't prepared to do at this appointment, is have my next tattoo in mind to get back in her books ASAP!

“I had an amazing experience getting tattooed by Tony at Love Tattoo! I was pretty nervous since it was my hand, but Tony was incredibly patient and made me feel so comfortable the whole time. We only needed one quick break, and after that, we powered through. His energy is super chill, conversation was great, and he made the whole process way less intimidating than I expected. On top of all that — his work is beautiful. He’s fast, precise, and clearly cares about getting it just right. Super respectful, understanding, and just an all-around great artist. “My friend and I randomly decided yesterday that we were going to get piercings today so I did a little research and found AO INK. I reached out to them and got an immediate response, set our appointment for today. When we got there they immediately made it a welcoming atmosphere and environment. Aze checked us in and did our piercings, he was very kind, knowledgeable, and thorough with everything from explaining the process to the after care. I couldn't be happier with the experience or the results. It was a very clean environment and Aze made sure we saw him clean and properly dispose of everything. “I love Green Lion! Brantley has done most of the tattoos on me, he's been incredible to work with over the years. The shop is clean, vibes are immaculate, and the toilet never clogs. Everyone I've spoken to at the shop is super nice and fun to spitball with. Green Lion is easily the most inspired tattoo shop I've been to in town, and it's the only shop i would not hesitate to recommend to anyone interested. There's also a coffee shop and other food options right on the same block. Word of warning though, don't talk to Brantley about comic sans, he'll go off and won't stop.“

“I saw Lindsey for my appointment and it was THE BEST piercing appointment I'd ever had! She was so patient and kind. She made sure to understand everything I wanted for my appointment and that I was happy with my jewelry selections. I swapped my nostril piercing, got a new double-nostril piercing, and re-opened(?) my lip piercing. I also have a medical phobia involving needles that I told her about and she was so dang supportive and empathetic. She made sure I was feeling good before I left. I'll be back for a future tattoo appointment for sure, but I'll also be seeing Lindsey for my piercing/jewelry needs. <3 <3 <3“

He took the time to explain the whole thing, gave me the time to relax beforehand and was so quick. I’ve heard bad things about getting your rook pierced and my pain tolerance is so low, but it was genuinely painless and even the next day it is hardly aching.
