“My daughter had an injury to her ear piercing this morning, and we went to 3 other places looking for a solution. It's Saturday and she leaves for camp Monday morning. The guy, I didn't catch his name, but he validated all my concerns about the urgency I felt because she was about to be gone for a week, and risk of infection, and her metal allergy, that could all ruin her camp experience and cause her to lose her piercing. He was amazing and she's SO happy her piercings were saved and she got some captured bead earrings that she loves. She thinks she's the only kid in Grand Rapids with guaged piercings now and she's so proud of it, haha!“
