10/10. I came in for an issue with some jewelry that was not purchased by them and they were more than happy to fix the issue for me. I have never met anyone in the industry with more professionalism and empathy than here. I will definitely be back when I want more piercings.

Give them a 10 STAR ⭐ review. Very Professional and knowledgeable with services they provide. I had my ears pierced there and was made to feel comfortable and at ease with the process. Tim was very through and absolutely a delightful person. I will definitely go back, when my ears are ready, to take advantage of the free earrings offered and to purchase earrings as well. I look forward to his Exceptional customer service. I highly recommend AO INK???

I went in to get my cartilage pierced and Hunter was amazing! He made sure to explain everything before hand and made sure I was comfortable throughout the whole process. Definitely recommend him!
