I originally came here because after a lot of research I found that electrolysis is the only fda approved process to permanently remove hair. I drove to the Plainfield area as I couldn't find any other providers of electrolysis closer to me. I was thrilled when they moved to Grandville! I had previously not had any luck with laser treatments at other places but they talked me into trying it again and then touching up with electrolysis. I am so glad that I listened. They really know what they are doing! I had such success with their laser hair removal and electrolysis!! I was able to stop going as my hairs were gone! I had a great experience with Gentle Touch after purchasing a Groupon in Spring 2013. The staff was always friendly and understanding to any of my concerns. They were also flexible when I needed to adjust my appointments. I did get odd burn marks after my 4th & 5th appointments but they explained them to me, adjusted the strength of the laser and the marks went away.Update: October 2017 I have now gone for a second laser area and am just as happy if not happier with their service and care.
