Let me tell you Hair Etc. blew me away! I have changed my hair color for years - going from dark to light to some crazy combination. When I made the decision to go HOT PINK tips with Platinum Blonde I knew the look I was hunting for. I did not want a very bright pink, more of a pastel, and the blonde to be white with grey undertones. Heavy order when I had reddish brown ombre to begin with. I called Hair Etc and was informed it is typically not a request they get very often but could accommodate easily.
