I had a great experience with Flooring By Design. Christine gave me great advice for choosing a sturdy carpet for our basement steps. A couple of days later, the owner came out and did the measuring in less than 15 minutes. The installers removed our old carpet so we could do some painting before the new carpet came in and when they came back the following week, they were right on time, friendly and efficient and did a beautiful job! We love the look and the cost was very reasonable. This was our first experience with Floors By Design and I would give them my highest recommendation. We will definitely use them again!

Pleased to work with professional does the job by the books. Quality of workmanship was superb, timings could not be any better , completions of job was with highest level of integrity, follow up was very very good.

Having used big box stores for most of our home renovations, we were a little hesitant to try someone local for redoing all the flooring in our basement (carpet and vinyl) however we started to do some shopping when hit with a high box store quote.From the beginning, the team was super helpful with everything we needed. We had a ton of questions (resulting in multiple trips to the store) but every time we were met with a smile and lots of help.
