Great experience! AC stopped working in the night. I bought this house about a year ago but there was a sticker on the furnace that A-1 had been servicing it in the past, so I called them. I'm glad I did! They had same-day availability and came right now. The tech diagnosed a broken capacitor and replaced it right there. Now we have wonderful cool AC again! Thank you, will definitely call again when needed!
I've been a customer of A-1 Mechanical for many years and can confidently recommend their sales and service. Today, I reported an AC issue, and an A-1 technician responded this afternoon. The technician, Jakub, diagnosed the issue, explained it clearly to me, and completed the repair quickly. Today's experience is typical of my interactions with A-1. Highly recommended!
David was very informative and took the time to explain what he did and why while fixing our AC unit. He did a great job, and I would definitely request him again if we have any future issues.
A-1 Mechanical originally installed the system in our new home in 2019, and this is the first issue we’ve had with it, seven years later in 2026. That says a lot about the quality of the original installation.
I highly recommend A-1 Mechanical for new installations, replacements, repairs, and other HVAC services.
