This review is less about Bradley Co & more about the work of an individual. We've had some terrible commercial landlords (There are very few good ones) and varying degrees of property management in the past 15 years. Caryn has been fantastic at our location. We experienced that attention to detail and extra effort during our small move this summer from the location we'd been at for 15 years into a slightly larger space just down the building.
Reached out to Teresa Datema and she was most prompt in responding. I really appreciated this as time is of the essence when opening as business.
She worked diligently to find the perfect location and fit! Teresa is very knowledgeable, professional and personable! She goes out of her way to help you through the process by taking the stress out of the equation!

I rented an office from a building managed by Bradley Company and they were absolutely wonderful to work with. Whenever I had a problem they were prompt and communcative. If there were any billing issues there was always clear communication, and when I gave the office up, they were helpful, clear and quick to return the deposit.
