Gagnon Real Estate Team - Keller WIlliams Lakeside
“Selling a home is one of the biggest financial and emotional decisions you can make, and it can feel overwhelming—especially when the circumstances are complicated. When I found myself in that exact situation, I was unsure of how I was going to navigate it all. But then I had the absolute good fortune of working with Nicole Dodge with Keller Williams Lakeside, and she changed everything for me. Nicole has decades of customer service experience, and it shows in every aspect of how she works. She understands that every client comes with a unique situation, and instead of treating you like just another transaction, she takes the time to truly listen, understand, and meet you where you are. From the first conversation, she made me feel heard, supported, and, most importantly, capable of getting through this process. What sets Nicole apart is not just her expertise, but her ability to stay calm, steady, and completely unflappable—no matter what gets thrown her way. My situation was anything but straightforward, and at times, it felt impossible. But Nicole never wavered. She guided me through every step, explaining things clearly, offering solutions, and, more than anything, just handling what needed to be handled so I could focus on my own life. She delivered on every single promise she made—and then went above and beyond in ways I never expected. I can honestly say that I will never be able to fully repay her for what she did for me. She didn’t just sell my house; she gave me the gift of a new beginning. The peace of mind, relief, and fresh start she made possible is something I will always be grateful for. If you are looking for someone who will not only get the job done but will do it with integrity, compassion, and unwavering dedication, Nicole Dodge with Keller Williams Lakeside is the one you want in your corner. I cannot recommend her highly enough! ?????”
