We found Rachel from Smallegan Real Estate while searching for an investor friendly agent in the Bigger Pockets website. She reached out within a few hours and helped us find and close on a property within a month! We are out of state investors but she made it so easy by sending us video tours and responding promptly to all our questions and concerns.
