About Planet Fitness
Planet Fitness aims to create an inviting atmosphere for all members, promoting Big Fitness Energy™ to help boost energy levels. The gym features friendly and helpful staff who assist newcomers with equipment and keep the facility clean. Members appreciate the spacious environment with plenty of machines, including upstairs for cardio and downstairs, ensuring there’s always something to do. The gym is also LGBTQ+ friendly, offering a supportive space for everyone. While there are no towels available, the convenience of purchasing Celsius drinks at the front desk adds to the experience. The staff, such as the front desk attendant, are professional and committed, enhancing the welcoming vibe by remembering guest preferences and contributing to a positive gym culture. The location is easy to find, and early mornings are less crowded, with a crowd meter available through the app, though its accuracy can be confusing. Some members have noted that parking can be costly and that there have been issues with membership cancellations, which can be frustrating. Overall, the gym maintains high standards of cleanliness and respectful members, making it a good place to work out.
