Staff and facility was nice but I got the worst haircut ever ? my bangs are so uneven and short and the haircut felt extremely rushed (hardly took time to look at my reference photos..literally glanced at one then cut me off before I could explain what I liked/show her the other photos, she cut very quickly, and then left it looking unfinished because she had another appointment..) her assistant was super sweet and tried her best to style it, but I felt like the cut itself was awful and not what I envisioned whatsoever. I had to just laugh when I saw the end result cause it looked like lord farmyard and a Karen cut had a baby. I paid a pretty penny too, but to be honest...read full review

Keaton did a fabulous job. Extremely satisfied. But. Here's the problem I have with hair and nail Salons. When I take my car to the mechanics, or when I go to the doctors, or when I call the plumber, the people that take care of me are experts and educated, but never does the person that took care of me ask for a tip, in addition to the bill they quoted me. So why do Salons feel like we should tip? All the other examples I gave are employees of a company and they only get a certain amount of the total bill, but they are paid well, and so are hair designers and nail techs. Salon is seriously such a nice, comfortable place to be in. Extremely clean and organized. Faith did an amazing job on my haircut. She was extremely friendly and made sure I got exactly what I wanted. I’ll definitely be going back to see her! Highly recommend :)
