The service here is amazing. The ladies up front are very knowledgeable, especially the manager. Speaking of the manager, Dana is very kind and helpful. Any questions you may have she will be ready to answer it. Besides the top class customer service, the massage service was very relaxing. The massage therapists are all very respectful and professional at their jobs. I would highly recommend this place. 10 out of 10.

All of my experiences at Hand & Stone have been genuinely wonderful. I had no idea what to expect on my first time in, but the ladies upfront gave me all of the information I needed and answered all of my questions. Since then, I have had many massages and facials here and have never been disappointed. The prices are very low compared to the spas in the area, especially if you are a member. I usually don't partake in memberships, but their program is such a good deal. If you are looking for an opportunity to develop a better self-care routine or just want to treat yourself, this is the place to do so.

I had my first Cryo facial experience here and it was amazing! I had so many questions before my facial and the staff answered all of them. From the ladies at the front desk to my esthetician, the environment was relaxing, educational, and friendly. I highly recommend Hand and Stone in Grand Rapids for your Cryo needs!
