This spa is very welcoming with the women working at the front desk always being kind and friendly. The massages and facials are always an ahh-mazing and relaxing experience. It's hard to find a massage spa around Grand Rapids to be both clean and safe. I've been to almost all of the independently owned massage studios around this area and I don't share the same sentiment with them. They leave a lot to be desired when it comes to cleanliness and the comfort of being on a massage table. I think everyone here goes above and beyond to make sure I enjoy the experience, each and every time.
I had the most incredible experience with Hand and Stone in Grand Rapids. The customer service was impecable, which is rare to find in this day in age. I was greeted with kindness and every question was answered with much patience and knowledge. The service itself was awesome and made me feel like a new person.
