Anna did an amazing job with the cut and color of my hair. She listened and recommended things and I left feeling beautiful. Definitely going back to her!Samantha at the front desk also did a great job! Their computers were down due to the storm and she had to do a difficult task of scheduling new appointments and collecting payments on her phone. Her attitude put a smile on my face! We’ll done team!

Dana was the best massage I've had in my many trips to Design 1. Great experience and just the right pressure not to mention the heavenly scalp massage! I was shocked to hear she has been with the company so long and what a hidden treasure ! She is my go to for now on!

I've been going to design 1 for the last few years and I usually go to plainfield but this time I went to this location in Cascade. Ive never had a bad experience or a bad cut with anyone. Faith did my hair this last time and she did such an amazing job! I will be returning! ?
