When a large, mature spruce tree fell on my garage it moved the garage over 2.5 inches and punched five holes in the roof. Construction Services of West MI came out several months later after the claim was settled and they were chosen to do the work (I live in a condo community). They moved the garage back to its original place, restored the walls, re-shingled the roof, washed and painted the siding, and did several smaller detail-related jobs to finish the work. Experienced an historically wet spring while I was away for several weeks. Came home to a an extremely wet basement with fears of mold, etc. Of course it was a weekend. Regardless, they came within an hour to remove carpet and bring in their equipment, including a ridiculously powerful humidifier and eight industrial fans.
It didn’t take long for the area to dry out. They sprayed walls for potential and future mold once they came back to retrieve their equipment.
