“I had a pipe break in my basement due to extreme freezing weather and quickly contacted Servpro (Jenison location). I was extremely impressed with their service. I called at 6:00 AM, and by 8:00 AM they already had a crew on-site assessing the damage and starting the drying process.

Their follow-up was excellent, and they worked seamlessly with my insurance company, State Farm. Dylan, Jakob, and Sean were all very helpful—checking on progress daily and ensuring my carpets were properly dried and everything was getting back on track.
