“Shelby is a fantastic Pilates instructor! Her classes are small and intimate, so you really get her expert attention to correct positioning and make adjustments as needed. Pilates makes you feel so strong and toned, but isn’t so intense you dread going. Definitely recommend Shelby at Movement Pilates!”
“I’ve been coming to this gym for a few years now, and I genuinely love it. I’ve always wanted an all-women’s gym, and this place has been everything I was looking for. It’s private, comfortable, and always feels welcoming.
The owner and staff are incredibly friendly, and the 24-hour access is a huge plus! I like to balance both cardio and weight training, and they have plenty of treadmills, weights, and equipment to support any type of workout.
One thing I really appreciate is how they keep members updated. They send messages about anything going on at the gym, and I especially love that they let us know if men will be in the gym for maintenance or repairs and then notify us when they’ve left. It’s such a thoughtful thing to do and shows how much they care about keeping the space comfortable for women.
I highly recommend this gym to anyone looking for a supportive, clean, and welcoming all-women’s fitness community.”
“I could not recommend Cassie enough! She truly takes the time to understand your body and needs and tailors the lesson to each individual. She is true to the classical pilates method. She is incredibly kind and understanding and just a great human being outside of being an outstanding instructor. I have never felt so seen and supported than when taking class with her. I was lucky enough to have her as my master instructor through my own pilates instructor training (which means she really knows her stuff!!) but also as my own personal instructor. Her attention to detail all while making it fun and inclusive to all types of people is unlike anything I’ve ever seen from a pilates instructor. Cassie is a true gem and I can’t wait to take class with her because I know I’ll feel a million times better afterwards. 10000000xinfinity/10 stars for Cassie !!”
