I could not recommend Cassie enough! She truly takes the time to understand your body and needs and tailors the lesson to each individual. She is true to the classical pilates method. She is incredibly kind and understanding and just a great human being outside of being an outstanding instructor. I have never felt so seen and supported than when taking class with her. I was lucky enough to have her as my master instructor through my own pilates instructor training (which means she really knows her stuff!!) but also as my own personal instructor. Working with Cassie has been such a meaningful experience, both during my Peak training and in the private session I had with her. What stands out most is how deeply she cares, not just about teaching Pilates, but about the people she’s working with. Cassie is truly a one in a million Pilates instructor! She has created a welcoming environment with challenging workouts that always leave you feeling better than when you walked in, both physically and mentally. I couldn’t love her more and highly recommend her and her studio to anyone who wants to try Pilates for the first time or those well established in their practice looking for something new.
