“Great experience working with Romana from the estimate to the final completion. Mike gave us a detailed estimate at the start showing which specific squares were to be replaced while other companies were vague. He explained their specific concrete mix being used, gave work references, and was responsive to calls and questions.

A large team showed up on time for the old concrete removal and started working right away. Everyone knew their role and worked to remove 1/2 of our driveway and sidewalk along with multiple neighbors the same day. They took time to prepare the ground under the new concrete by putting base material and packing it down. (Not sure the existing concrete had a good base). A large team showed up again on the day for the new concrete installation and worked together well to get the new concrete finished quickly. After they were done the area was swept, power washed and sod was replaced next to the new concrete.

“So happy with our bathtub that Surface Solutions resurfaced/reglazed. While the finished product is beautiful, it’s also worth mentioning that their level of communication was fantastic in addition to their honesty. Initially, they came out and were prepared to do the job, but informed us that it would be better for us to put off the job until we changed out our shower fixtures as we were planning to do this but needed a plumber to do so since our fixtures were so old. Once we had them changed, we reached back out and they got us in within a week. Highly recommend!“

“I’m so glad I went with them, if I could give them a 12 out of 10 (or 7 out of 5) rating I would. You could take a chance with someone else, praying and hoping they do a good job, but why take that chance and possibly regret it? They did my entire exterior home last summer 2024 and I wanted to give it a year to see how it all held up or find any flaws, so here is my review. My home is rather large 2.5 story with multiple high gables and trim. No way I can climb up there that high anymore. They also performed multiple areas of wood repairs including 2 protruding bay window sections and the quality of the wood restoration was also perfect. I have to say I’m 200% satisfied. The quality of the paint and application was phenomenal. They taped up “everything” perfectly, no over-spray, everything has adhered wonderfully, no problems whatsoever. They worked like a machine. I spoke a couple times with the owners in person. The day after they came out for a final inspection with me and I have to say they did a perfect job.
They were referred to me by multiple neighbors that had them paint their homes and everyone has also been happy. I will be using them to handle some interior painting as well in the very near future.“

“We had Arnold Electric add new lights in our bathroom and kitchen. They called to schedule the work, arrived on-time, and cleaned up their work areas before they left. All this for a reasonable price. I would definitely use them again and would recommend them to my neighbors.“

“Kitchen Masters renovated our entire downstairs—the kitchen, laundry room, and family room—and also updated one bathroom (not a full remodel, since those were done five years ago). They completed some electrical work upstairs as well. Overall, we’re happy with the results. If I could give 4.5 stars, I would, but I rounded up to 5 stars. The cabinets from Pioneer Cabinetry look great, though a few handles were installed slightly off by a few millimeters (something we only noticed after a couple of months). The electrical subcontractors could improve on final details and cleanup: switches were initially placed in an odd order, they broke two access panels (later replaced), and left sawdust behind. A few personal items were accidentally discarded, and the laundry room design could have been better planned—two drawings didn’t account for the six-inch clearance needed behind the washer and dryer. On the positive side, the flooring subcontractor (Abbey Floors) was excellent and quickly resolved a wood floor installation issue. The countertop subcontractor was great to work with, and Kitchen Masters’ designer Megan was fantastic. The painter worked hard and did a great job. The owner also came to our home several times to ensure we were satisfied, which we truly appreciated. If you choose Kitchen Masters, know that the process works best as a partnership between the homeowner and the project manager. Review all drawings carefully before the project begins, ask for additional drawings if needed, and double-check measurements, clearances, and appliance sizes yourself. This was our second major project with contractors, and while Kitchen Masters could improve on final details, they are a good company to partner with if you’re willing to stay engaged. They were also better than our previous bathroom contractors at fixing issues to our satisfaction. Pricing was reasonable compared to other quotes, though in the end we were close to the same cost. I’d call our project a upper-mid tier project—Bosch appliances, quartzite countertops, and engineered hardwood—but not over the top like Wolf, Sub-Zero, solid hardwood, or rare marble.“

“John and his team come out to repair my driveway from the sidewalk down to the street, along with some other repairs on the driveway. From the very beginning, when he showed up with a quote, to completing the work, and finishing everything up, he was very professional and honest. They were very responsive when calling for a quote and also timely in getting the work done. They did a great job. The price was very competitive and fair as well. I would highly recommend them to anyone that is looking to get any work done with cement.“

“This review is to highlight our satisfactory experience, in July of 2025, with All-Brick Design, of Clinton Township, Michigan. This Spring, an inspection revealed that the chimney needed to be rebuilt from the roofline up. Also, our fireplace needed tuck-pointing, and a lentil, over our basement window, needed to be replaced. After researching companies and obtaining estimates, we chose All-Brick Design to do the job. Their representative, Alex Trombley, was our point of contact and, he explained, in detail, all that the job entailed and helped us understand everything it encompassed. He also expertly answered the many questions we had. He was friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. He was instrumental in finding brick that matched our existing brick as ours was no longer available. After searching all of Michigan, and surrounding states, he located a close match in Colorado and arranged to have them shipped. After our approval of the brick, a date was selected to start the job. At precisely 8 am on that date, Alex and All-Brick’s crew arrived and immediately began building the needed scaffolding for the job Eddy Serratos, his son, Eddy, and their crew, worked tirelessly, until 7 pm that night, taking only a lunch break. Their attention to detail was noteworthy, and everyone was hard-working and very efficient. The clean-up and debris disposal was meticulous. Special care was taken to keep dust to a minimum. We were satisfied with the price that was quoted and, for the job that was done, by All-Brick Design. We couldn’t have asked for a more knowledgeable and skilled group of people to complete this job for us. From Alex Trombley to Eddy Sorratos and his crew, our entire experience was problem-free.
