I could not be more pleased with our kitchen remodel by Kitchen Master (in March 2023). I am a firm believer in working hard to find the right people to do a job - and when you do - letting them do what they do best. This remodel was an extremely big decision for our family and our living space. Jeanette took our dream and made it feel like an achievable goal within minutes of our first conversation. April 2023. We had our kitchen and laundry room totally remodeled with Kitchen Master. They did an excellent job. Our salesman Michael K., tracked the progress all along the way keeping us informed each week of what to expect each day. There were a few hic-cups. This is our third time to renovate a kitchen. There are always unexpected occurrences. (Two power failures, illness, etc.). But they were always addressed to our satisfaction. The workers were ALWAYS polite and knowledgeable. We worked with Jeanette at Kitchen Masters of Farmington for a complete makeover with new cupboards, counters, appliances, sink, tile, and a new drywall ceiling over old cracked plaster. This was our first contracted remodeling job and Jeanette was amazing from start to finish. She listened to what we wanted and guided us through the design process, helping us find a balance between reasonable budget and getting what we loved. From the beginning she said, “expect issues, things will come up, what I can guarantee you is that they will be my problem, not yours, and I’ll get them fixed to your liking”. And she did!
