“Pachota Construction did a complete remodel of our kitchen which involved completely gutting it down to the studs, removing soffits/ceiling, and installing a beam in the ceiling which was previously sagging. They made my whole kitchen vision come to life and we couldn’t be happier with how it turned out. The quality of the work is impeccable and we are continuously getting compliments about how great it looks. The whole team at Pachota was great to work with and very transparent whenever something unexpected came up (ex. the sagging ceiling). They were also very willing to work with our budget and recommend alternatives options to try to keep the project within our budget which we really appreciated. The crew was very respectful of our property and kept things cleaned and contained when they left for the day. Our kitchen is by far our favorite place to be in the house now and we couldn’t be happier with our decision to go with Pachota Construction for the remodel.“

“Great service! I needed a small soffit and siding repair and called for a quote. Mark came over and examined the work and noted that the soffit gap might mean animals made their way into my attic. He offered to go into my attic and poke around to see if there was any evidence - definitely did not expect him to go above and beyond like that, but was deeply grateful (and luckily no animals were found ?). As a new home owner he also gave me a little overview of what would need fixing, the names of various parts etc. As someone who is actively learning, I appreciated the extra intel. After providing a reasonable quote, Mark had someone come out quickly. The gentlemen was on time, did the repair well and quickly. Will definitely use them again the future!“

He then returned on to check on the dumpster removal and pick up supplies/shingles left on the ground. He also ran magnets everywhere to pick up any stray nails or metal debris.The final result is that we now have a new roof and gutters done with excellent workmanship by a company that stands behind their work. I had kept his receipt because he really was exceptional; he responded promptly for an estimate, prices were fair and reasonable and he showed up when he said he would. “I could not be more pleased with our kitchen remodel by Kitchen Master (in March 2023). I am a firm believer in working hard to find the right people to do a job - and when you do - letting them do what they do best. This remodel was an extremely big decision for our family and our living space. Jeanette took our dream and made it feel like an achievable goal within minutes of our first conversation. They took something we had always talked about and broke it down and presented it to us in a time efficient manner which identified their experience and expertise very clearly. Everyone we worked with was extremely personable and knowledgeable. My husband and I have a very busy professional life and two young children and the entire process was went smoothly. The work that was done was phenomenal, we were comfortable having them in our house while we were gone (and so was our dog), and all interactions along the way were very professional.
