Actually, I tried another local company first but they didn't answer (and never bothered to call me back, even in the following week); First Contact took my call on Sunday morning and very shortly got back to me with a plan. The plan was conscientious about getting the job done and at a fair price. Then they executed, leaving my basement in better condition than before the backup.<br><br>I hope not to need to use them again, but I certainly would if another problem arises.”

While the finished product is beautiful, it’s also worth mentioning that their level of communication was fantastic in addition to their honesty. Initially, they came out and were prepared to do the job, but informed us that it would be better for us to put off the job until we changed out our shower fixtures as we were planning to do this but needed a plumber to do so since our fixtures were so old. We went to their office/showroom to talk and look things over for a total kitchen remodel that had to be done. We were impressed with the family vibe, offerings and ideas they had. They never blinked at some of the ideas we brought and considered unique, but they easily put it in the plan. This was going to be a forever kitchen and we wanted quality materials and workmanship. On a project this size, it needs to be done right the first time. They delivered.<br>The jobsite was always left clean during construction. Sub-contractors that worked with them were just as conscientious of their work on the job and the property. Jobs like this seldom keep on schedule and this was no exception. The custom cabinet supplier we picked experienced several shipping damages of their cabinets and had to be replaced. The custom oak flooring had to be sourced from another supplier at the last minute. These kinds of problems can add 5 or more weeks for each occurrence. But in each case, Pachota made sure we were getting things right and as ordered. We couldn't be happier with our finished kitchen. From the 3 or 4 pages of sketches we brought in at the beginning, Pachota and crew made it a reality.<br>Thank you Bill, Matt, Ashley, Hailee, and Sherry.”
