While the team was apologetic and assured us they would take care of everything, the repair work on the garage ceiling was subpar. The drywall tape is already bubbling, and the paint job looks rushed and unfinished. It's disappointing to see such poor craftsmanship after being told things would be handled properly. It also took nearly two months after the roof was installed for someone to come by and pick up the remaining materials and collect the final payment. During that visit, the gentleman took note of our concerns and poor repair work and assured us the owner would be in touch to address the issues. That was five weeks ago, and we haven't heard a word since. At the end of the day, it feels like once they got paid, customer experience no longer mattered.
