“When I moved across town my mobile groomer couldn't make it out this way. I'm so glad I found this place. They do an amazing job with my 2 pomeranians. They get me appointments very quickly, usually within a week or 2. Most importantly my boys are not there in some cage all day. they have lil play pens with the tops open, and for both of my dogs it only took them 2 hours today. When I pick my lil guys up they are happy and calm, absolutely no "get me outta here daddy" vibes at all. can't recommend enough.“

“Sandy is an excellent groomer. She is very gentle with my dogs. I am always happy with the results. I called her when my dog had a poopy butt. She made time to clean her up. She has been taking care of my dogs for over ten years. I rescued a dog with long nails 3 weeks ago and she had me bring him in without an appointment and she cut them. Now he can walk normal . When I lost one of my dogs 2 months ago. She was upset because she is kind and caring and really gets to know the dogs. She spends a couple hours every month with them.

“I called because our almost 11 year old Pitbull was pacing and shaking and just acting not like himself. I was expecting to have to wait a few days to get him in but they were able to get him in same day with Dr. Purdy. She spent a lot of time going over our boy and making sure not to miss a thing! At 8 and a half months pregnant with a sick dog made me anxious but she made me feel very comfortable about our course of treatment and at ease that he’s should start feeling better soon!“

Owner saved our dogs life decades ago by suggesting switching dog food when our vet could not determine why he was loosing weight and fur. New puppy only needs nail filing and occasional bathing but will be her customer because of past kindness.“

(Like many husky mixes, she also likes to sing the song of her people and is very dramatic.) Crystal took my dog's attitude and was able to work with her to get her whole groom done. “Solid place for those who have high maintenance or abused/traumatized pets. I believe my pet was being mistreated at my previous vet. At Greenfield, they have experienced staff on hand, and have been honest when they don't have staff experienced for my unique dog. They gave sound advice about medicating him prior to the visit(s). I do have multi-visit appointments, because sometimes it's just too stressful for him and/or the staff - though that's expected given my animal's unfortunate history. I'll shout out Ellen (vet tech) and Dr. Reynolds for leading the charge most recently on working so well with my dog.“
