“I was initially frustrated that they were booked months out when trying to get established at a vet after moving here. I understand now though that it’s because they are so great with cats. My oldest cat has an especially difficult time at the vet usually but these last two visits have been the least stressed he has been at the vet maybe ever. It is well worth the wait and the drive to bring my cats here.“

“Ash is very knowledgeable about dog behavior and training methods. She explains the whys and the mechanics of training clearly, and then demonstrates it to perfection.
We took our puppy (3 months) for a consultation and it was really helpful- we left with a plan on what to focus on and some hands-on experience.

“Recently, my mother was hospitalized and needed time to recover in a skilled nursing facility. She boarded her dog, Niko, at a place in Troy close to her home. Niko has a history of seizures, and he had a small episode while he was there. The facility called to say they were not comfortable keeping him and that she needed to find alternate arrangements.

My mother was already overwhelmed with her own health issues, and the added stress of finding a safe place for Niko was heartbreaking. I immediately called PSR, and they were just as incredible as I remembered. I spoke with Lace—who also worked at the Inkster location and even remembered my long‑lost baby Bella. She went out of her way to pick up Niko herself and made sure he had a safe, secure, loving place to stay.

My gratitude for PSR runs deeper than words. They have always been the place I call “home” for my babies, and they proved once again why. “Thank you” will never feel like enough.“

She gave us multiple options for Lucy's treatment, and was wonderful to work with. Today, a Sunday, I called Gasow and let them know that it seemed that Lucy was in her final days and I needed help. Emily and the rest of the staff was extremely thoughtful and considerate, and I could not have asked for a better experience. The office staff made me feel that we would be taken care of quickly, and we were. Dr. Katlin Raper, the doctor working today, could not have been more compassionate, and a sad experience was minimized. Thanks to everyone at Gasow, you made a hard moment easier!“
